Starwoven Medallion

I’m thrilled to share Starwoven Medallion, a new pattern for the Sitara collection and my first medallion quilt design, something that's been on my bucket list for a while. Create a timeless keepsake with this heirloom-style quilt featuring a center motif framed by four pieced borders with a rich mix of florals and coordinating prints that radiate outward in a beautifully balanced composition.

The quilt includes six different blocks and is constructed using classic piecing techniques. The block-by-block format makes the process approachable and enjoyable, allowing the design to grow gradually with each section.

Because the quilt is organized in sections, Starwoven Medallion is especially well suited for Block-of-the-Month programs. The finished quilt top measures 68½" x 68½", making it a wonderful size for a striking throw or heirloom display quilt.

As my first medallion quilt design, this project was especially fun to create, and I hope you’ll enjoy making it just as much.
